HCA- Blog 6I am doing the associate degree program at Hubbard College of Administration and I recently completed the Basic Organization Apprenticeship. This has been one of my favorite apprenticeships so far because it is one of the most essential things that every organization needs, no matter how big or small. I made an entire Organizing Board from start to finish at the company I work for. It was amazing to actually go through the process of this because you learn about every part of the organization and how the different divisions work together. Having this Organizing Board in your company helps tremendously because everyone can see where they are in the business, who their people to go to are, where the product is supposed to go, etc. Now that I know how to do this I can start up my own business a lot more easily and make it successful faster.
