I am Wesley Kuo, a Taiwanese student from Taipei, Taiwan on the Associate Degree Program at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA. I had a lot of fun on Efficiency course.  One must wonder what he can really do to improve efficiency in his company. Using technical equipment? Learn more on the subject of management by reading books?  Work harder? All of the above are wrong. The way to get efficiency in your company is covered in this course. The data included about routing the proper communication forms and how to reduce the develop-traffic by inspecting the flows in my organization is what has resulted in increased efficiency.  Also the communication system is a very good idea for an organization, which has stocked traffic. I think the main thing about this course is the list of dev-t, it tells you how to directly spot the dev-t out, and then I can know what kind of dev-t is occurring, which gives me the opportunity to handle it right away. I strongly recommend everyone to do this course especially someone who has no idea how to handle the backlogs and who always is frantically working hard, but not actually increasing the efficiency.
