My name is Shawn Ingallina, and I recently finished the Executive Basics and Effective Leadership courses at Hubbard College of Administartion International. These courses are key in making an executive.   The knowledge of how to be an executive is some of the most important data I have ever learned. In the past, I have bypassed my juniors, because I felt that I could do the job not only better, but also more efficiently. I learned how an executive is supposed to manage, which turns out to be the opposite of how I have been doing it. Instead of getting mad at every opportunity, I have learned how to take responsibility for being that personsí senior.  The importance of hatting is extremely significant and often overlooked. By hatting and training your staff, you increase their efficiency, productivity and their control over their areas. I would recommend this courses to anyone who wishes to be a successful executive, they are the best and only way one should manage.
