Associate degreeBy Ray Li, a Taiwanese student from Taichung on the Associate Degree Program at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA. “Executive Basics” is a very good and vital course. An executive should know his responsibilities, what he needs to do with his staff, the valuable final product of his area of responsibility, and of course how to get it. When an executive can really do his job, the organization that he works for can be prosperous and expansive. When this doesn’t occur, then the company loses its competitive advantage, for example, General Motors Corporation. In conclusion, there are many vital tools for an executive in this course. Hubbard College of Administration is a self-paced business school that offers an exceptional business administration curriculum, unique learning technology, life-changing apprenticeships and internships, assistance with job placement and a lifetime warranty for students.  I am currently on the “Effective Leadership” course.
