Carabella Cosmetics & Skin Care is the Valley’s premier Green salon, specializing in results-oriented skin treatments and selling organic & petro-chemical free skin care and cosmetics.  Carabella delivers clear, smooth skin…naturally! I had a dilemma. I wanted to start a new service in the salon but I had no space for delivery and I had to clean out and re-arrange an office space into a delivery room. I also had to recreate an operating office space out of nothing! Jonathan came to me from Hubbard College of Administration (HCA) and he helped me handle the confusion by having me do one action at a time and confronting the mess in order to clean it up. I needed someone to act as a sounding board and he was excellent. I separated out my business and personal belongings, and I got everything arranged by division and filed away.
