associate degreeI am Jack Cheng, a Taiwanese student from Kaohsiung on the Associate Degree Program at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA. There are plans without numbers that have been conceived and written, but just a few of them were successfully carried out. Why? Globally, there seems to be something missing about planning, for example, the recent news about Dubai’s finance trouble. The problem existed for a couple of years, but the situation kept getting worse. That means the government does not have a workable plan, program or project to handle the situation. In this course “How to Make Planning Become an Actuality,” one learns how to plan, and more importantly, how to complete it. One learns how to use a program, which is a series of steps in sequence to carry out a plan, to achieve the best results of one’s planning. It is so vital that every size organization use these tools (planning and programming) to solve their problems. No matter what one is planning to do, one needs to use a program to work out the steps in getting it done. This course is a must for anyone who wants to make his/her dreams come true. Before this course, I thought that planning meant something complicated, hard to achieve and time consuming. But, this course changed my viewpoint. Planning can be easy and objective(s) achieved, making everyone happy. If you want to make your dreams come true, come and study this helpful, practical course!
