HCA- Blog 7While working on the planning course, I was able to learn how to write complete programs, which is the tool for turning plans into actuality.  Having this ability to write programs makes me confident that I can execute any plan I dream up.  I now know the steps of what to do from start to finish.  I can come up with a plan, write a program with adequate targets (action steps) and complete them.  It makes any goal or objective easy to attain as all I have to do is follow the steps of the program that I have written up for myself.  I know what every program must include to ensure it has all parts necessary to successfully complete it.  This course was invaluable, and I have no doubt that no matter what plan I dream up, or my company dreams up, I can put the plan into action and get it successfully completed!
