I am Wesley Kuo, a student from Taiwan that just finished the “Sales” course on the Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration.
This is an amazing course! Basically, in order to sell your product to someone, you have to establish understanding between you and your customer.
This could also be defined as Affinity-Reality-Communication; referred to in the course as the ARC Triangle. You have to ensure that your customer first understands your product before the sale can be closed. BUT HOW? This is the essence of the course. You have to do 25 drills in 25 different kinds of situations. Itís a lot, for sure. Itís also an easy way to get you to apply the data in this course. By going through all the sales drills in this course, I have the confidence in my ability to handle all different types of customers and any objections they may have.
