HCA- Blog 19I just finished an apprenticeship on the course, How to Increase Efficiency in Your Company as part of my career education at the Hubbard College. The apprenticeship site that I worked in is a Recording Studio. It was really interesting to see the area when I first came in and how it was when I left. It was quite disorganized when I first went in and when I left I could see that the Executive felt like she could actually work there now. It was confrontable to her and she can now do her work more efficiently. This is really key data to have and know how to use. If it is for your own company or even just for your own job and life, it’s extremely important. There are so many things you may be doing that are causing you to run into huge problems. With this data you know the source of the problems and how to handle it with ease.
