HCA- Blog 6Josh has been helping our company put in an Organizing Board he learned for his career education.  His help has been invaluable. On his first visit, he persisted until he understood the basics of how our company functions. Then he duplicated our communication about wanting a seven (7) Division Organizing Board.  Thereafter, he has been prepared for our meetings, having drawn out an Organizing Board which applies to our company.  He has consulted policy regularly, as well consults with his supervisor when necessary. It is obvious that Josh understands the material and can apply it, even in a foreign language. Having him here has resulted in getting us to confront putting this in and working it out so that it will be useful to us. I am learning about the Organizing Board and having cognitions, and I can see that this is not only going to help me BE the ED (Executive Director), but it will help our company as well. I have studied this material before and never really understood it enough to put it in, so I am having wins on this. –Trish Groesbeck Groesbeck Construction Apprentice Josh Lin, a Taiwanese student from Taichung on the associate degree program at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.  The HCA is a self-paced business school that offers an exceptional business administration curriculum, unique learning technology, life-changing apprenticeships and internships, assistance with job placement and a lifetime warranty for students.  I am currently on the Basic Organization apprenticeship.
