My name is Damiano Shehu. I recently graduated Hubbard College of Administration International with my Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration. I am now enrolled in the Consultant training and recently completed the Qualifications Secretary Mini Hat course. This was a very interesting course. The course goes over the different fundamentals of the qualifications division of organization in detail. While on this course, I realized the importance of this division. Without this division, a company can disappear. One of the main points this course focuses on is the importance of training your staff, because if you were to analyze an organization, you would find out that it is made up of individual staff members joined by a common purpose. Now, if you were to train and enhance the individual staff member so that he/she can expand and prosper, then the whole organization would expand and prosper. This training is the responsibility of the qualifications division. Thus, itís essential to the expansion of an organization to have a fully and properly established qualifications division.
