I am Kenny Chen from Taipei City, Taiwan. I just finished the “Ethics for Business Survival” apprenticeship on the Associate of Applied Science degree at Hubbard College of Administration International. The apprenticeship calls for you to get a person into a better condition (operating state) using the management tools learned on the course. In the beginning, I recognized that the person was in a very low condition, and I was a little afraid that I wouldnít be able to complete this. I did not think I could help her. I thought his would be too difficult for me. However, when I started to just apply what I had practiced, I observed her becoming better and better. I was able to use the management tools of helping her staff to get in a much better condition. The positive change occurred, because she followed the appropriate condition formula step by step. The condition formulas work! I really liked this apprenticeship. It let me understand more clearly about the data I learned from the “Ethics for Business Survival” course. I am thankful for all the help I received from the faculty and staff. They helped me through all the problems and questions I had during the apprenticeship.
