I am Andy Dutko, an American student from Clearwater, Florida on the Associate Degree Program at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA. I love what I am learning here at Hubbard College of Administration, the courses I have taken have made it simple for me to become more productive and responsible in everyday life. The last course “Management by Statistics” was about representing production by statistics so one can monitor the actual effectiveness of any project or organization. Not only can one monitor results but one understands what to do if production takes a dive. One knows how to get it back up or, on the other hand, one is aware of how to strengthen any boosts in production that may occur due to changes an organization makes. This is only the beginning for me, but being able to assess correctly the operating state of any individual, project or organization as well as how to improve that state, in my estimation is one of the most important things I could have learned from the huge variety of courses offered here at Hubbard College of Administration.
