My name is Jaime Chang. I just finished the “How To Increase Efficiency In Your Company” apprenticeship on the Associate of Applied Science degree at Hubbard College of Administration International.
I had such a huge win and a lot of fun while doing this apprenticeship. It was somewhat hard in the beginning. However, the company owner gave us clear direction on what she wanted and needed. She has a bridal shop, and I worked with another student on developing a program for her. With the other studentís help, the program was done perfectly. We got all the information the owner wanted and this helped her a lot on the current marketing she was doing.
From this apprenticeship, I realized that a good program and a well-set plan will obtain the valuable final products (VFPs) both effectively and efficiently. Creating effective programs is the first step. It is vital to have this step in before one can even think about organizing the execution of such programs.
I really had a good time doing this. Not only did I enjoy the experience of the apprenticeship, I have more experience in the fashion industry, which is something I have been interested in. This further leads me towards my personal goal in life. I thank Miranda Hazen, the student that helped me and Caroline, the business owner, for giving me this opportunity to have such a wonderful experience. I can see how this technology helps me apply what I’ve learned on the program to better my life.
