My name is Jack Cheng. I’m a Taiwanese student from Kaohsiung on the associate degree program at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA. I just finished the How To Make Planning Become An Actuality apprenticeship. This apprenticeship was great for me. I learned how to lay out the steps to achieve a goal. I can clearly see the different points on different targets; how they work and how I can get people to execute them. One of the tasks on this apprenticeship required me to plan a campaign, which I’ve never done before. I created it from the beginning to the end. I carefully executed every step and put conditional targets as needed to have better control. I became very comfortable doing this. Now I have the ability to design, lay out and execute a plan. I gained much more from this apprenticeship, such as the ability to give a public speech, to control things in an event, to organize people and motivate them to enjoy working with and for me.
