Jamie Chang’s career education success story, at the Hubbard College of Administration. This is the first time that I’m the leader who gives orders to other people and gets them to get the work done. In fact, I like to give orders instead of waiting to receive orders. From this apprenticeship, I learned that being a good leader isn’t that easy, but one needs to consider the whole organization and also the abilities of the staff. For instance, you need to assign them and adjust the amount of work for each of them in order to avoid overwork and also you need to use judgment when something suddenly happens. Nevertheless, I realized how important organization and planning are because you need to be well prepared before you start doing a project. At last, I would like to say thank you to my staff, they did a good job! The project wouldn’t have been done without them. And I had a good time and a special experience. Jamie Chang, Team Leader What My Team Had To Say Claire Tsai I’m very happy to help Jamie to do her apprenticeship. I think she will become a good leader. She employed good skill to handle us. And she had a good plan to reach her targets and reach her quota. I had a good time. She led us step by step to get the win. This is a good apprenticeship to train a person how to become a good leader who knows how to handle things. Hiro Suganuma I’m very happy that I could get involved with Jamie’s apprenticeship! Promoting company is very vital and I was lucky that I experienced a promoting activity through Jamie’s apprenticeship. Also she gave us good, positive orders that I would operate very well from.
