At the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), we help you choose a career that will make you happy and we make sure you’re set up to be successful in that career. We even help you find a job. Some students are placed before they graduate!

Choosing a Career

When people go to college they rarely know what they want to do in life. They have some ideas but, lacking experience, they often choose something that isn’t going to help them find a job or be enthusiastic about getting up and going to work every day. They have no idea what they want to do and end up choosing an academic study path that is not work focused.

At the Hubbard College, our unique apprenticeship program allows you to experience what it’s like to work in a job in your field of interest. When you’ve chosen something you know will make you happy, we focus your future studies on enabling you to find a job and be successful in that field.

Study at your own pace, on your own schedule

You work on your own timetable. The Hubbard College is non-term – you can enroll and complete at any time — and you choose your own schedule. You can study weekdays, evenings, weekends, or six days a week; the choice is yours. This also allows you to complete faster, if you want to.

You also study at your own pace. Instead of sitting through lectures — some of which may be boring or irrelevant – we give you the materials you need to learn the subject and the professor provides one-on-one attention and help while utilizing the Hubbard Management system.

How do we ensure superior academic performance?

While many students in other colleges get high grades by cramming for the two weeks prior to an exam, memorizing as many facts as possible, the Hubbard College of Administration has an entirely different and unique approach with both our college degrees and our certificate programs.

• We use the Hubbard Management Technology that teaches students how to run and operate a business from the ground up.
• We give you one-on-one attention. If there’s something that doesn’t make sense to you, you get the help you need, when you need it.
• We allow you to study at your own pace. Our self-paced training enables you to really dig in and absorb the material. If some things take a little longer, that’s okay. You’ve got the time to do it. And you’re not going to do an exam until you know you’re ready.
• You also do an Internship after each course in a real company where you will get the opportunity to put what you’ve learned into action. If you need help, we’re here for you.

Until you know the material cold, and can demonstrate successful application, we’ll keep working with you.

Help with study

Some students have a hard time studying. They find themselves distracted, lose interest or just get confused. The Hubbard College uses L. Ron Hubbard’s Study Technology to help you overcome those problems so you really get it and can use it. Study doesn’t have to be a grueling chore and, as Mr. Hubbard said, “There are ways to study so that one really learns and can use what one learns…the end result will be certainty and potential competence.”
